多层次创新能力培养的系统模式构建

高等教育存在的目的在于培养出具有创新精神和创造能力的高素质人才,满足经济发展的需要,从而促进社会的和谐发展。传统的培养模式,重接受轻创新、重知识轻能力、重守业轻创业、重单干轻合作、重单一轻复合。因此高校应对现有的教育方法,教育课程体系进行调整。增强专业设置的灵活性,积极发展新学科,下大气力培养一大批能力结构立体交叉,知识结构多元复合具有战略思维、世界眼光的大学毕业生。

Construction of system mode on developing multi-creative ability of undergraduates

High education aims at nourishing high-qualified talents with both eager and ability for creation and satisfying the need for economic development so as to promote the harmonious development of our society.The traditional training mode pays too much emphasis on acceptation but less on creation;much on knowledge,sticking to one's set career,and doing individual work while less on capability combination,starting a new career and cooperation with each other.Therefore,colleges and universities should make some reforms on the present teaching method as well as the curriculum design.Improvement should be made to mobilize the disciplinary design and the development of new disciplines.It is necessary to foster with great efforts a great number of college graduates with strategic way of thinking and a world vision,who also hold intersected abilities and multi-structural knowledge.
