The thesis combines the characters of the prominent talent development in the new situation, discusses the same nature between The postgraduate education and the prominent talent development, and bases on the following four aspects: outlook on life, curriculum construction, creativity and scientific research, sets forth the new train of thought and the new method on the talent development. |
