| 摘 要： | 针对近年来媒体接连曝光的“围观”现象,文章分析了在紧急状态下影响个体行为决策的个体、群体和社会文化因素,提出希望通过加强思想政治教育,大力倡导相互合作、相互帮助的社会风气,以促进社会和谐发展,力求克服“围观”现象的出现。

| Abstract: | On the basis of a series of recently reported "surround-to-watch" phenomena, this article analyzes the individuals,groups,social and cultural factors that affect the person's behavioral decision in an emergent situation.Then the author puts forward suggestions that we should strengthen the ideological and political education,initiate the ethos of mutual cooperation and assistance in the society in order to promote the harmony and development of the society so as to try to avoid the happening of the said phenomena. |
