| 摘 要： | 本文在生态学中的种群模型基础上加以改进，建立了反映集装箱码头公司之间竞合关系的模型，并对模型进行了定量分析，给出了集装箱码头公司之间采取竞争与合作并存，并以合作为主流这一策略的理论基础。同时，也为集装箱码头公司间探索如何实现既有竞争又有合作的经营态势提供了理论依据，这对整个港口行业的生存和发展起着决定性的作用。

| Abstract: | Base on the improved population model in ecology, the co-opetition model between container terminals is build. Through the quantitative analysis, the paper gives the theoretical foundation of the co-opetition strategy. At the same time, it provides the theoretical guidance to the exploration of co-opetition situation between container terminals, which is crucial to the development of the port industry. |
