| Abstract: | Based on the analyses of the national and professional demands, this article points out that the colleges and universities ought to search out the correct ways of talents' cultivation, set up the all-round education concept and the talent cultivation aims. It also discusses some other aspects, such as how to carry out the teaching and learning reform and innovation, which focus on the students and rely on the teachers, and how to reinforce the construction of basic teaching and learning conditions, and so on. |
