摘    要:探讨了薪资体系结构管理的要点,阐述了薪资变革的做法及激励薪资对企业改善、改革及提升员工向心力、士气与绩效管理的重要性,分析了两岸薪资结构的差异,提出了对薪资、奖金改革的建议。

Abstract:This artical analyses the content of wage management, seven major factors of management, and the foundation of wage management, such as labor evaluation. It proposes the main points of structural management of wage scheme and wage investigation as a basis for the wage curve wage adjustment. This paper presents a study of the newest trend of humanized wage management and the variation of wage framework between both sides of the straits, and proposes a more concrete measure of wage, bonus improvement, and reform.
