水蒸气钝化裂化催化剂的机理

摘    要:对裂化催化剂上沉积的重金属镍,用水蒸气进行钝化.并用低温氮吸附、程序升温脱四、X射线粉末衍射和电子探针X射线显微分析等方法对钝化机理进行了探讨.结果表明,高温水蒸气的钝化作用是使催化剂的结构部分崩塌,将镍粒子部分包埋,从而使其失去催化活性.

Abstract:The passivation mechanism of steam on cracking catalyst has been studi(?) using low temperature nitrogen absorption .temperature programming desorption .X-ray difracf(?) and elec tronic probe microscopical analysis. The results show that the steam can make the str(?) of catalyst cracked down partly and bury Ni particles,thus the cataJystic activity of Nj is (?)
