| 摘 要： | 在构建社会主义和谐社会的同时,要重视培养大学生和谐的人际关系.大学时代正处于人生转折的重要时期,大学生活中良好的人际交往,会给大学生带来心理上、情感上、素质上等诸多方面的变化.大学生如何把握人际交往的原则尺度,克服交往中的障碍,学会并掌握运用语言艺术进行交流,在集体生活中努力营造和谐氛围,这对走向社会、实现人的全面发展大有益处.

| Abstract: | While constructing a concordant society,we should attach importance to fostering concordant relationships of college students.College life is an important disjunctive period.Having a good relationship with others in college life will bring students many changes in psychology,emotion,quality and other aspects.College students should know how to keep good relationships with others,overcome obstacles and master the art of language while commumcating,try to make a atmosphere in daily life.This will have big bene-fit for college students to achieve all-sided development when they get in to society. |
