| Abstract: | Trademark parallel import dose not only belong to the scope of intellectual property,but also refers to the anti-trust affair.This article states that it is imperfect to settle the problem by using the theory of exhaustion or the theory of implied licensing.This article holds that the problem should be regulated by the rule of reason in the scope of antitrust law. |
