生产补贴对出口的促进作用

WTO规则禁止给予企业出口补贴。在这一背景下，关于生产补贴对企业出口促进作用的研究，正成为贸易政策研究的重要方面有着重要的政策意义。文章从生产补贴能降低企业的边际成本和为企业提供融资支持两个方面进行了理论探讨，并利用企业数据使用logit和线性模型分析生产补贴与出口之间的关系。从结果来看，生产补贴对企业进入出口市场有着促进作用，对于企业出口规模的提高也有着促进作用，在控制了行业、地区以及国有企业变量后结论依然稳健。

The Role of Production Subsidies in Promoting Exports

The WTO rules forbidden export subsidies. Under this ground, the research on the role of production subsidies in promoting exports, is becoming the important part of trade policy study and there is a very important policy meaning. The article analyzes production subsidy from two channels: reducing production costs and providing financial support, and adopting logit and linear model to analyze the relationship between production subsidy and export subsidies based on enterprise data. From the results, production subsidies can push firm into export market, and promote export firm’s export scale, the conclusion is still robust under controlling the variables such as industry, area and state-owned enterprises.
