| Abstract: | In this paper, we will trace back to the origins and developments of two kinds of regional cultures which are oceanic and inland culture, and contrast the developing progresses of Haier with that of XinFei's, analyze the culture characteristics of their oceanic and inland culture, intend to explore the impact of regional culture on their strategies throughout the enterprise culture. For decision_makers of enterprises and governments, it is worth studying both in theory and in practice. |
