| 摘 要： | 随着信息社会的来临、知识经济的兴起，期刊全文电子数据库也顺应时势，破土而出。纸质期刊面临着挑战。纸质期刊只有走数字化道路，并且处理好数字化期刊著作权问题，才能使纸质期刊既能迅速向数字化期刊迈进，又能彰显纸质期刊独特的魅力。
