技术主导型企业核心业务选择方法研究

随着市场竞争的日趋激烈,很多企业已经意识到基于核心业务的发展战略的重要性,开始放弃多元化时期并购的非技术相关子公司,或将非核心业务外包,集中资源做强核心业务。针对企业“归核化”的背景,从业务内部能力和外部绩效出发,建立了基于专利和销售收入的核心业务选择的量化方法,并选取10家国内外典型多元化企业进行实证研究,从而验证了方法的有效性。

A Study on the Methods of Core Business Selection in Technology-oriented Enterprises

With the intensification of market competition,many enterprises have realized the importance of adopting the developing strategy based on core business.Abandoning non-technological subsidiary companies incorporated during the time of diversification or contracting core businesses to outside entities,they are integrating all recourses available to develop core business.According to such a background,this paper proposes a method that can quantify the selection of core business.It is based on patent and revenue and takes into account inside competency and outside performance.Besides,it selects 10 domestic and international companies for empirical study to demonstrate its validity.
