| 摘 要： | 21世纪的竞争是人才的竞争。而构成人才的基本要素可以概括为知识、能力、素质,三者相辅相成,互相促进。其中素质培养又是人才培养的核心内容。素质教育的关键是文化素质教育。本文拟从文化素质的内涵及作用出发,探讨如何在大学俄语教学中对学生进行文化素质的培养。

| Abstract: | The competition in the 21st century is mainly embodied by the competition of talents. The composing factors of a talent can be summarized as knowledge,capability and personal quality,and the three factors can work well together and influence each other. The cultivation of personal quality is of utmost importance to the cultivation of great talents among the three. The key of quality education lies in the education of cultural appreciation. Based on the connotation and function of cultural appreciation,this thesis looks at how to cultivate the cultural appreciation among college students in the process of teaching Russian. |
