陆贾《新语》的思想倾向以儒家为主 ,内容包括仁义为本的德政观、与民休息的民本观、重教化轻刑罚的德刑观。他上承孔孟德治仁政思想 ,下启贾谊、董仲舒德法相辅、德治为主的主张 ,对汉初治国理念的确立及走向都有重要影响

On the Idea of Ruling State of Lujia in the Early Hang Dynasty

Lujia is a thinker in Han Dynasty and his thinking is mainly in the book Xin Yu (New Talk). Lujia’s idea inclines to Confucianism. In Xin Yu, Lujia indicated his view on the moral politics whose principal is Ren and Yi, thought common people was the foundation of the state so the king should allow them to live good, and emphasized that education was prior to punishment. He inherited the idea of moral politics of Confucius and Mencius, and his idea was developed by Jiayi and Dongzhongshu. They thought morality and law were both important for ruling the state and the former was the first. To some degree, Lujia's thinking affected the idea of ruling in the early Hang Dynasty.
