摘    要:薪酬制度是人力资源管理理论的重要组成部分。以“双因素”理论为基础,运用博弈分析方法,根据薪酬影响员工行为的不同作用将其分为保健性薪酬和激励性薪酬。通过薪酬制度的激励功能,管理者能使薪酬转变为推进公司战略和撮心价值观的激励因素。结合我国实践,应重视薪酬制度激励功能的设计并防止激励功能向保健功能的蜕变.

Abstract:The system of compensation is important for human capital management.The compensation is divided into two parts:salary and premium by their functions in encouraging employees' behavior in corporate.The compensation system also performs two functions: hygiene and motivator.From its motivator,managers can transform compensation into factors on promoting corporation's strategy and core-value.Combining our practice,we should emphasize the system's encouraging function and prevent transforming motivator into hygiene.
