| 摘 要： | 中国传统法律文化具有男尊女卑的鲜明特征.但同时,中国传统法律也在一定程度上维护女性在社会和家庭中的利益,因而中国传统法律文化表现出了某种民主性.在中国传统法律文化的发展过程中,某些女性由于种种原因,在客观上促进了中国传统法律文化的进化.

| Abstract: | The culture of Chinese traditional law possessed the obvious character of respecting the male and looking down upon the female. Meanwhile, to some extent the Chinese traditional law protected women's benefit in the society and family. So Chinese traditional law also showed some characteristics of democracy. For some objective reasons,some women promoted the progress of the culture of Chinese traditional law in its development. |
