从人类学角度解读宁夏吊庄移民中出现的社会治安问题

20世纪80年代初，宁夏启动了吊庄移民规划，使一部分居住在西海固地区的贫困群众搬迁到了宁夏北部易于得到黄河灌溉的地区。移民群众来到迁入地——“吊庄”后，在社会文化适应的过程中，逐渐出现了“偷盗”增多、犯罪低龄化、侵财性案件较多等社会治安问题。“吊庄”内部诸多社会治安问题的出现，反映了移民社区尚未与迁入地社会实现有效的整合：移民社区的社会控制力度仍然不能与移民的经济发展协调进行；移民社区仍然没有建立应有的社区文化，对移民的再社会化没有发挥出应有的作用。

Study on Diaozhuang immigrants' criminal problems in Ningxia from the perspective of Anthropology

The Diaozhuang resettlement in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region began in 1980s. Many poor people in the region of Xihaigu moved to the area accessible to the Yellow River irrigation in north part of Ningxia. After the immigrants＇ coming, there are many criminal problems in the process of immigrants＇ cultural adaptation, such as the increase of stealing cases, the increase of young criminals and the illegal possession of other people＇ s property, etc. The phenomenon shows that the immigrants＇ communities haven＇ t integrated with the local area; the social controls of the immigrants＇ communities are not adaptable to social development of the area; there is no corresponding culture in the immigrants＇ communities and there is no real socialization of the immigrants.
