| 摘 要： | 苏北地区是江苏省经济发展的洼地。运用SWOT分析矩阵，对影响苏北区域经济协调发展的关键内部因素（优势和劣势）和外部因素（机会和威胁）进行综合分析，提出与其内部能力和外部环境相适应的发展战略建议。

| Abstract: | Northern Jiangsu is the lowland of economic development in the whole province. Employing the SWOT analysis matrix, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis to the key internal factors （superiorities and inferiorities） and exterior factors （opportunities and threats） that effect the coordinated development of regional economy. On such a basis, it proceeds to put forward some strategies for development in accordance with the internal ability and external environment of the area under discussion. |
