| 摘 要： | 诉讼外救济虽不是行政救济的主要途径 ,但它却是不可缺少的行政救济途径 ,是诉讼救济的必要补充和辅助 ,有着诉讼救济所不能或难以涉足的功能。因此对于诉讼外救济途径应给予更多的重视。文章通过英法两个代表性国家的行政诉讼外救济手段之比较 ,进一步研究我国诉讼外救济制度

| Abstract: | Relief means beyond lawsuit,thought not a major means of executive relief,is a dispensible executive relief means.It is a necessary supplement to lawsuit relief and it also has those functions that the lawsuit do not have.Thus,relief means beyond lawsuit should be paid more attention to.The paper compares the relief means beyond executive lawsuit between Britain and France so as to further study our country's system of relief means beyond lawsuit. |
