| 摘 要： | 普世价值可以划分为一般性普世价值和特殊性普世价值。一般性普世价值无涉政治意识形态,而特殊性普世价值关涉政治意识形态。普世价值之争的焦点在于是否关涉政治,否认普世价值的人将其看做是关涉政治的,他们反对将民主、自由和人权等价值作为普世价值,进而否认普世价值的存在;赞同普世价值存在的人将其看做是无涉政治的,他们赞同将民主、自由和人权等价值作为普世价值,进而确认普世价值的存在。考虑到关于普世价值的学术探讨不仅是个理论问题,更是一个影响人们政治思想观念的现实问题,直接关涉到中国政治体制改革的路向选择,因此,理论界需要理性地、审慎地进行学术研究。
