| 摘 要： | 经济发展与其同时产生的工业化、城市化、就业压力、资源短缺、贫富差距搅在一起相互作用、相互制约,累积成中国严峻的社会难题。订单式人才培养模式是当今高职院校的主要努力方向,对于解决社会不和谐问题起着不可低估的作用。
