| 摘 要： | 文章认为,非公有制经济人士是我们构建和谐社会的重要力量。他们要在构建和谐社会中发挥重要作用,必须注意以下几个问题:高度关注自身经济的发展,为构建和谐社会创造良好的经济环境;注重提高自己在经济活动过程中的诚信;要树立起“以人为本、与员工共同发展”的理念,营造一个和谐的企业环境;应注意在公众中树立良好的社会形象;应与社会其他社会成员和谐相处;必须树立和谐的财富观;要切实提高自身素质,规范企业行为。

| Abstract: | Individual Entrepreneurs form a significant strength in establishing a harmonious society. However, they have to look sharp the following problems: self improvement and development; honesty in marketing; employee-orientation and harmonious enterprise environment; favorable visualization in society; harmonious relationship with other social members; harmonious wealth-philosophy; and self-diathesis and enterprise behavior. |
