| Abstract: | Normal university students,as the group closely related with the future career,have been greatly influenced by basic education reform measures such as teacher training system,teacher management system and quality-oriented education.Thus,normal universities should deepen education and teaching reform,intensify teaching practice,and integrate the feature with"teacher-training" and"academic" so as to enhance the job competence of normal university students for the near future. |
