| 摘 要： | 科学的发展观是关于21世纪中国如何发展的重要理论,对于高校发展和理财工作具有十分重要的现实意义。本文从科学发展观的实质、核心和基本原则三个方面,分别详细探讨了他们对高校理财工作的现实指导作用,从而寻求在科学发展观指导下的高校理财之新思路、新途径。

| Abstract: | As the important theory concerning the development of China nowadays,the scientific developing viewpoint is very beneficial to the development and finance of higher institutions. According to the analysis of the essence, core and fundamental principle of the scientific developing viewpoint, the author studies its significant roles in higher institutions' finance, and then, by taking advantage of it, makes a research on the new method about the higher institutions' finance. |
