| 摘 要： | 劳动经济学理论范式的形成始终离不开主流经济学理论范式革命和转换的基础性作用,从范式的基本特征来看,它已经从依附于主流经济学逐渐发展为独立的理论范式,并构成对主流经济学理论范式的补充。当前,劳动经济学理论范式已经进入了常规发展阶段,其研究内容及理论范式仍将不断得以拓展。

| Abstract: | The research on theoretical paradigm is of great significance for the development of labor economics.The formation of the labor economics paradigm is based on the revolution and shift of the mainstream economics paradigm,which has evolved gradually from the mainstream economics paradigm and provides a supplement to the mainstream economics.At present,labor economics paradigm has gained much development and amplification both in its research domains and theoretical paradigms. |
