| Abstract: | Talents as the high-tech carrier are the important factor for judging a county＇s comprehensive national power. This paper inducts the concept of adsorption, puts forwards the talent agglomeration model, and discusses the method of aggregating talents in order to optimize the talents＇ reasonable disposition. |
