| 摘 要： | 高校新生教育作为大学教育与中学教育相衔接的关键过程,其管理工作应有序地在形势与政策教育、树立理想和立志成才教育、校纪校规与学风班风教育、明确培养目标与巩固专业思想、加强班集体建设、发挥校园文化的娱乐、育人和导向功能、发挥家庭教育相协助的功能等方面展开,以有利于帮助大学新生尽快转变角色、适应大学学习生活,为今后的学习发展打下坚实的基础。

| Abstract: | The management work of college freshmen should centre on the following aspects:situation and policy education;ideal education;education in college discipline and regulations,study style and class spirit;education in objectives of training and concepts of specialty;strengthening class collective building;bringing campus culture and family education into play;etc.All this will help the freshmen change their roles in good time and adapt themselves to college study and life,thus laying a good foundation for their future study and development. |
