| Abstract: | The people＇s livelihood-oriented government should not only try its best to care for, attach importance to, guarantee and improve the people＇s livelihood, but also try its best to be of effective performance. In order to advance the process of constructing the people＇s livelihood-oriented government, we must explain its connotation scientifically, reconstruct value standard of government performance evaluation, and design its index system. |
