| 摘 要： | “民工荒”问题背后隐藏着深层次原因。制度环境和支农政策是形成“民工荒”的背景因素;企业的用工环境和错误观念是形成“民工荒”的重要因素;农民工的自身变化和观念转变是形成“民工荒”的根本原因。“民工荒”的最大启示在于,农民已经实现了“劳力型”向“智力型”的转变,开始用市场手段来解决市场问题,维护自身权益。

| Abstract: | The problem of "peasant laborer shortage" has its deep causes.The social system and government's policy of supporting agriculture are its background.Its main reason is the working environment and incorrect conception of the enterprises and its fundamental cause is the transition of the peasants themselves and their conception.It shows that the peasant laborers have realized the transition from the "labor type" to the "intellectual type" and begun to solve the market problem by means of market to protect their own rights and interests. |
