| 摘 要： | 在我国封建制监狱发展的历史过程中，儒家思想对罪犯教育发展产生了极其重要的影响，形成了我国封建制罪犯教育极其鲜明的儒家化特征。研究封建制罪犯教育儒家化特征及其本质对促进我国罪犯教育的发展有着深刻的借鉴意义。
