地域文化资源与重庆文化软实力提升

内容提要文化具有重要的软实力作用，充分利用地域文化资源对于重庆实力提升具有重要意义。然而，现阶段尚存在文化的价值未被充分认识、文化自觉自信意识不高、文化精品不多、文化保护不力、文化资源开发利用程度不高、文化产业优势不明显等问题。应充分重视地域文化资源的软实力作用，加强文化资源向文化资本的转化，重视和引进高端文化人才，拓展文化投融资渠道等。

Regional Culture Resources and the Promotion of Cultural Soft Power of Chongqing

Culture is one of the important soft powers.It is of great significance to make full use of regional culture resources in Chongqing to upgrade "soft strength".However,at the present,the existing cultural value has not been fully understood,cultural awareness and confidence is not high,the cultural precise products is not enough,culture protection is inadequate,cultural resources has not been developed and utilized,the advantage of the cultural industry is unclear.The paper makes conclusion that we should pay full attention to the soft strength effect of the regional culture,make the change from the cultural resource to the cultural capital,pay attention to the introduction of high-end culture talent and develop the cultural investment and financing channels.
