房地产经纪人资格认证制度的若干问题探讨

目前我国房地产经纪行业管理不够规范,存在一些混乱现象,建立全国统一的"房地产经纪人资格认证制度"对培育和发展房地产经纪业,搞活房地产市场具有一定的现实意义,本文就房地产经济人制度建设中的监管范围、业务范围、资格认证、机构设立、佣金、违规行为以及风险基金建立等问题进行了初步探讨.

On the Identification of the Authentic Qualification of Real Estate Agents

At present there are some irregularities and even confusions in regard to the management of real es-tate agency of the country. It is necessary and important to establish a unified national regulation system forthe identification of authentic qualification of real estate agency to construct and advance the business of realestate agency and to activate the real estate market. This paper is devoted to investigating the issue of the systemconstruction of real estate business including the business limits, the scope of surveillance and control, theauthentication of qualification, the institution establishment, the hire, the violation of regulations and the riskfund.
