The development of western human right thinking experienced the bud period of Middle Ages, the formation period from the end of 14th century to the end of 18th century, and the practical and developing period from the end of 18th century to the beginning of the 19th century. After World War 11, bourgeois human right theory got a multiple unfolding and produced great influence upon international relation. In the whole process stars were glittering far and wide, new ideas were sprouting here and there. Though different viewpoints, ripples one after another were stimulated on the river of human right ideas, and more or less cast towards the mind of the masses.
