当前我国农村土地流转的问题及对策研究——基于河南省的调查

土地制度的变迁,对于农村的发展无疑具有举足轻重的深远影响。在政府政策的引导下,土地流转在全国很多地方都已经以多种形式和多种渠道进行。以河南省为例,通过实证研究发现土地流转中存在的一些问题,并提出相应建议。

The Current Problems of Rural Land Circulation and Countermeasures

The changes of land system will undoubtedly have a significant and far-reaching impact on rural development.Under the guidance of government policy,rural land circulation has been taken place in the country in various forms and multiple channels.The author took the Henan province as the case,has found that some problems do exist in the land circulation through empirical studies.Accordingly,the author provided suggestions for solving the problems.
