| 摘 要： | 本文认为南疆居民生活相对安定,新疆统治阶级内部的矛盾得到调和,南疆封建和宗教上层人士对苏联有所疑惧,南线作战没有大的军事胜利以鼓舞人民,这些都是三区革命没有能够发展到南疆的主要原因。

| Abstract: | This paper thinks the reasons that the Three District Revolution did not reach South Xinjiang are due to the relatively stable life of South Xinjiang residents, the compromise of contradictions within Xinjiang's ruling class, the suspicion toward Soviet Union by the upper feudal and religious class in South Xinjiang, and no significant military victories in South Xinjiang to inspire the masses. |
