The Analysis of a Typical Disputed Case about Inheritance

In our country present civil law has many loopholes such as inheritance between the stepfather or stepmother and stepchildren,minor's right of guardianship,disposition right of the dead remains,and inheritance question on the house which not yet obtains the property rights,etc.And all these have not been made stipulated explicitly so that in reality many discomforts have been brought.For the advantageousness of legal implementation,this case has mainly manifested the legal flaw mentioned above and suggested to consummate the correlation content in the revision civil law process.
