| 摘 要： | 将庆阳老区精神与科学发展观相提并论也许会被人视为牵强附会。但从其各自内涵及其社会功效等方面看,笔者认为二者存在着相辅相成的关系;把庆阳老区精神的内涵与科学发展观相融合也许会被人视为突生奇想、忽发异论,但从其精神内涵向科学发展的转化看,笔者认为二者的融合不仅顺理成章,而且对庆阳老区改变经济社会欠发达的状况不失为一条重要的路径选择。
