The Investigation and Analysis on the Influence Factors of Work Enthusiasm of Women Head Teachers in Middle Schools

Now the majority of women head teachers in middle schools are forced to work.Most of them don’t like and are unwilling to do this work,which directly impact on the work effect of the head teachers. Based on investigation and analysis of women head teachers in middle schools,this article concludes the causes of affecting their work as follows: head teacher post features,school management measures,family life environment and women teachers’ personality.
