| 摘 要： | 从大学生的年龄特征出发,本着“健康第一”的指导思想,对教学过程中如何激发学生体育学习兴趣为切入点进行探讨,使学生积极参加体育锻炼,养成良好的锻炼习惯,培养学生终身体育意识。
