对外汉语专业“三型一化”人才培养模式改革初探——以湛江师范学院为例

近年来,对外汉语专业存在布点学校多,就业竞争激烈;学生知识结构单一,就业专业不对口;专业设置雷同,缺乏特色的情况。文章在充分调查、分析的基础上,提出了对外汉语人才培养模式改革的设想,试图通过重塑＂三型一化＂人才,创新课程体系,改革人才培养方式,提高人才培养质量,为地方高校对外汉语专业建设和改革提供参考。

The Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language Program Reform: A Case Study of Zhangjiang Normal University

In recent years,some issues in the Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language program have been raised： redundant training sites,worsening competitions;poor knowledge base of students;work-expertise mismatches,lack of characteristics.Based on a full exploration and analysis in depth,this paper proposes new ideas on the training model for Teacher Students of Chinese as a Foreign Language,tries to rebuild a particular type of expertise,to innovate the knowledge structure,to reform the training model and to improve the training quality.It provides an excellent reference for other colleges.
