现代企业理论框架下的公司绩效:理论与实证分析

摘    要:基于企业本质属性的生产和契约要素安排决定公司绩效,表现为公司绩效由制度、管 理和生产能力系统因素共同决定。实证分析表明,我国上市公司的制度结构与公司绩效的相关程度 与其产业定位和行业特点有密切关系,因此公司决策时应充分考虑到制度结构与产业定位或行业特 点的匹配。

Abstract:Based on enterprise's essential property, the arrangement of production and contract determine a company's achievement. Displayed by that systems, management and ability of production jointly will decide the company's achievement. The analysis of actual samples shows that the degree of relationship between structure of systems of China's companies on stock market and the achievement of the companies is closely connected with the feature of industry. Thus it should be taken into consideration the match between system structure and feature of industry when making company's policy.
