| 摘 要： | 太平军占领南京后,没有制定新的战略规划,而是依旧固守初期的流动主义战术,兵力部署不能适应新的情况;特别是领导层的腐化堕落,权力之争,内讧频繁,政治长期混乱等等,导致太平军离心离德,得不到百姓的支持,战斗力每况愈下,直至走上失败的道路。总之,太平军的诸般问题与太平军政权制度的落后同出一辙。

| Abstract: | After occupying Nanjing,Taiping Heavenly Kingdom didn't make a new strategic plan,instead it still stuck to its early mobile tactics.So its distribution of armed forces didn't fit in with the new situation.Meanwhile moral degeneration of the leading group,fighting for power,frequent internal conflicts and lasting chaos in politics resulted in disunity,lose of people's support and weakening of combat effectiveness and finally set itself on the way to failure.In short,all kinds of problem of Taiping Heavenly Kingdom were due to the backwardness of its state power. |
