高校人力资源优化配置研究

摘    要:人力资源优化配置是指人力资源诸多结构要素的整体优化。人力资源优化配置具有全息性、动态性、系统性。优化组织机构、优化人员规模结构、优化能级结构、优化支持系统等 ,是实现高校人力资源优化配置的有效策略。

Abstract:The optimum disposition of human resource means the overall optimization of its numerous elements. It is characteristic of being holographic, dynamic, and systematic. The optimum disposition of human resource in higher institutes of learning and research may be achieved by such effective strategies as the optimization of organizations, that of personnel's size structure, that of energy-level structure, and that of support system.
