| 摘 要： | 转基因技术问世至今已有20多年,正日趋成熟。转基因技术渗透到工业、农业、医疗等诸多领域,给工农业生产和国民经济的发展带来了巨大冲击和深远影响。作为一项新兴技术,它存在着许多安全性问题,引发了社会广泛的争议。这就需要我们用理性的眼光去看待它的发展,用社会控制手段去规范和引导它的发展,使它朝着有利于人、社会与自然相协调的方向发展。

| Abstract: | The Transgenic Technology has been developed for 20 years and gets mature day by day.It has an important effect on medicament,industry and agriculture,thus impacts the products of industry and agriculture and national economy.AS a new technology,transgenic technology can bring about the dispute about safety.Therefore,we need to reasoningly look on its development,restrict and guide it by social control and make it grow harmoniously with person,society and nature. |
