| 摘 要： | 屋面渗漏是目前普遍存在的质量问题，不仅影响建筑的使用功能，而且加大了房屋维修量，造成一定的经济损失。针对屋面渗漏的原因，采取切实措施，从而较好地解决了屋面渗漏的问题。
