抗日战争胜利后中国共产党对美国的政策和策略

战后 ,美国政府的扶蒋反共的方针成为中国人民为建立新中国而斗争的严重障碍。在抗战胜利前后赫尔利公开声明扶蒋反共、不与中共合作的时期 ,中共对以赫尔利为代表的美国政策进行了公开的揭露和坚决的斗争 ,但仍留有一定的回旋余地 ,而且斗争的主要锋芒是对蒋而不是对美。在杜鲁门发表声明、马歇尔使华之后 ,中共提出“有时也可中立美国”的策略思想 ,争取美国执行“中间政策” ,赞助中国搞联合政府 ,不干涉中国内政 ;并曾提出与美国发展经济合作关系的方针。在美国提出“军事援华”法案、进一步公开暴露其助蒋内战的立场之后 ,中共坚决揭露其对华政策的“虚伪性、帝国主义性与残酷性” ,直至公开宣布美帝国主义是中国革命的敌人 ;一方面作好对付美国进行武装干涉的准备 ,一方面仍采取慎重态度 ,区别不同情况采取不同的对策。中共对美采取的正确的政策和策略 ,是中国革命得以胜利推进的重要条件之一。

Policy and Strategy of the CPC in Dealing with the United States After the War of Resistance agaist Japan

After the War against Japanese Aggression,the U.S.policy of anti\|communism and supporting Chiang Kai\|shek became a huge obstacle to the efforts of the Chinese people in founding a new China.The CPC openly exposed and firmly opposed this policy,but it also left some leeway for possible changes.It acted cautiously and adopted different measures under different circumstances.The correct policy and strategy of the CPC in dealing with the U.S. ensured the success of the Chinese revolution.
