| 摘 要： | 党的第三代领导集体非常重视党风建设,在理论上取得了创新,在实践中积累了宝贵的经验,形成了鲜明的特点:一是从"三个代表"思想的理论高度强调党风建设的重大意义;二是从党的建设"新的伟大工程"总目标的宏观视角聚精会神地抓党风建设;三是从党的生死存亡的战略高度强调要从严治党,惩治腐败;四是努力探索党风建设的创新途径和方法。
