Several Thoughts on Enhancing the Work ofExecuting the Law in Western Development

Western development is the great strategy of our country's social economic development. The legal construction of the western development is very important for the exploiting by law and keeping the exploitation in order. In the cause of the western development, actually the problems of executing the law are the problems of putting the law in effect, including the legal activities of national judicial organs and administrative organs. On the base of discussing the meaning and significance of executing the law in the western development, this paper analyzes some actual problems in executing the law, moreover it advances the measures and countermeasures about perfecting the execution in the western development.
