| 摘 要： | 儒家伦理中有许多宝贵的思想精华对企业的伦理建设极其有益。儒家思想中的“义利”观、“忠恕”思想、“和合”观念和“诚信之道”等等，分别对企业价值观和企业道德观念的形成、人际关系和企业凝聚力的提高、企业诚信经营的建设，都有着重大的借鉴作用和实践意义，但也有负面影响的生成。

| Abstract: | Many of the Confucian ethical principles are considerably precious to the construction of enterprise ethics.For example,the principles of "righteousness and interest" of "loyalty and forgivess","harmony and cordination" and "the way of integrity" are of great referential and practical importance,yet not without some negative effects,respectively to the formation of enterprise values and moral sense,the promotion of interpresonal relationship and cohesion in enterprises,and the construction of enterprise integrity. |
